Scope and Content Note

This series contains Control Data Corporation (CDC) company-wide and divisional financial records, as well as scattered CDC subsidiary financial records. Materials include operating statements, prospectuses, reports, agreements, budget materials, correspondence, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration forms, and auditing records for CDC and C-E-I-R, a CDC subsidiary. Reviews of security analyst meetings and presentations are also included, as well as security analyst reports published by various firms evaluating Control Data's potential for investors.
