Information System Security Association


The Information System Security Association (ISSA) is an international, not-for-profit organization of information security professionals and practitioners.(1) ISSA provides forums for education, publication, and peer interaction to enhance the knowledge and skill of its members. ISSA meetings occur at the local, regional, national, and international levels, with members receiving education credits for attending ISSA-sponsored activities and other activities that meet ISSA standards. ISSA members also receive a monthly journal and online newsletters, publication and speaking opportunities, access to the ISSA professional networking site, and access to training programs.(2)
