Army Regulation 380-380 (Campbell)

AR 380-380 was the United States Army's implementation of the Department of Defense's Directive 5200.28 of 1972, which stipulated the overall computer security policy for the DoD. Directive 5200.28 identifies mandatory and minimum automated information security requirements, for which each agency within the DoD was allowed to issue its own supplementary instructions.(1) AR 380-19 consolidated AR 380-380 with AR 530-2 and AR 530-3 in 1990.(2)
